First run a business, use cashflow to get loans from bank using your assets as collateral. Increase cashflow and ask for more loans. This how it works. At the end some people can runaway and bank can't do much other than seizing assets. But if you sold the assets before bank could even start getting them, you might as well become next Nirav
This thief must receive the hospitality of law.So he has plenty of time to analyse his actions.The alert bank clerk who informed police, should be rewarded.

The chargesheet page 14 states the financial governance at that point and the Chidambarams bank remittance program that failed which aided many like Nirav and Vijay Mallya. Mallya was even an MP during their rule..lol
