Claire Williams from Anti-Discrimination NSW discusses anti-discrimination law in NSW and the process for clients to make a complaint of discrimination. Eloise Brook from The Gender Centre talks more broadly about legal issues experienced by transgender people. Our presenters suggest how community workers can support transgender clients experiencing legal issues.
