I dont think it should be a rule, but I think verbal perspective should have 10% of the weight of visual perspective. If someone has video that proves their point (even if its misrepresented) and the other party has no information but their verbal testimony that they didnt do x... the person with a video is winning this.

The man didn't even have time to press a key on his keyboard before being shot. Hutch also said "he probably pulled his radio up". He even says in the video that he didn't even touch his radio after he was shot and OTT says "I don't give a fuck". Hutch said he started backing, he started moving as they came up. Not after being told to get out of the car and put his hands up. You can even see the car stop moving because he clearly saw he was outnumbered and was ready to comply. I like OTT and CG but I agree with Ravage here. This was crap roleplay. Way to trigger happy. Even if they waited a bit and Curtis would have tried something. He was outnumbered by a lot. Would it matter if you give him a chance to comply or try something? Just shooting kills all roleplay right there.
I really like hutch but, not sure i can keep watching hutch clips. I used to agree with him, but more and more lately he acts like he is the expert on roleplay. Dude is maybe B tier and its starting to show in his roleplay and some of his trash takes. I 100% agree with the mechanic abuse but his take on curtis being RDM'd is wild. Watching the rest of the video made it make more sense he has a soft spot for OTT but its not a reason to overlook what it clearly was.
This movement is really easy to do "speedboosting" we use this on 100k or die servers and other pvp servers at @27:00 we call this a stand still where you speedboost out and then stand still and your ped will slide out then slide back to where you are standing throwing off the persons aim if they dont know about it
The main issue here is that abusing glitching/exploits to gain advantage in an (more or less) serious *RP server* is frowned upon, and anyone in their right mind who's been in the RP community would instantly know not to abuse it. What people do in GTA Online or PVP servers doesn't matter. 100% permaban in my opinion as it's just as bad as using aimbot/ESP.
Everyone should be recording their if they're not recording or streaming if you do not want to do not play and they did it more than one time too people be lag switching again 😂
the strife shit is ass its been around for years... i remember my first server the gang with the best shooters all did this... this was 4-5 years ago and you couldnt hit them they would be skipping around and shit... everyone passed it off as them all being from uk... but man it hurts cause i would still slap them but we could never win a war against them cause it would be a hop out all the time and these mfers would be skipping around and lazerbeaming you... knowing what i know now it makes total sense... these dudes are not even moving more than a inch but there char is moving like 20 feet side to side... what ima try and do is have a buddy do the glitch and just shoot in the middle between his skips and see if it registers.

The one thing that the larger servers do have is They have A LOT of streamers that are catching them in 4k. even if they don't stream themselves.

Recording is a major part of most if not all FiveM servers i've been in and suprised Prodigy doesnt it have it required.
