- We did a cruise around Apex Mountain and Nickelplate French mines. I've been doing what I can shooting from inside my jeep but I've got another drone and we will be getting better footage in the coming videos!
Thanks for watching!

Such a fun day, minus the shocks. The good news, I have new shocks! Bring on the fun
I've always wanted to explore that area.
Want to go find snow this weekend?
@@jerrodklettke3764 might go to the koots. Running out of time before smoke or snow screws us. 😆
🤤 snowcats…..
You live in one of the most beautiful parts of Canada!
Great adventure🎯😎☕
Like always, Great video Bruce & Denny. Thx for the scenic ride along. Stay safe fellow Canadians!
Dude......
You need to find a wet spot on a popular trail and build a mud hole for people to get stuck in.😂❤🎉
Hahaha love the sense of humour and the 🖕to the moose 😵😂🤘🇨🇦 awesome video and views as always Bruce and Deny!
What a view, eh? Great to have a friend as dedicated as Denny!!
You and Casey on a boonies trip ? Epic
Beautiful country you folks have my friend. Like button energized.
Man, I love that valley when the sun's hitting it just right - probably one of my favourite places in BC (at least where I've been).
Unfortunately, not enough people for my wife, and not enough Mcdonalds for me!
But I think you've set my next dual sport adventure for this weekend, thanks.
Thanks for sharing,
Kool ride. ❤🎉
Many years ago Jeep Jamboree Canada held yearly events based up at Apex Alpine. Good selection of trails, some very challenging, however maybe not open to the public? Beautiful country up there!! I remember both trips I made up (1998 & 2006) from the US very well. Granted I also remember the nasty deep dust really well too. LOL. And while not exactly cliff edges, those steep steep hills with no big trees and off camber trails were often extremely scary. I spent a week camping and wandering as far NE as Revelstoke before the event. Good memories! 💚
Always enjoy a ride-along day-out in that scenery... Cheers!
Very enjoyable and beautiful scenery. I wonder how many people who watch your channel are city sidewalk drones who need to but can never get out and get these views in person. Makes me feel sad for them. So, thank you again!
We got to the radio towers just south of Apex last year, was a cool climb.
You missed the" Plain Hard" trail and the Rock Garden . maybe on the next one ?
Looks like the new shocks for the long travel are finally needed 🤙 thanks for the ride along boys, swear I'm gonna make it to the peeks one day, still in repair mode, not upgrade 😅 zuki life
@@LawlessOffroadAdventures No different for us. Non stop maintenance and repairs. Part of the game I guess.
Thanks for the ride along 😊
Beautiful BC!
I bet if you had a 4wd electric bike, you could get into that mine?! 😂
Too soon?
😩😩

Shocking video 😊
@@fanggun4219 I wasn’t trying to strut my stuff.
Love watching your mountain cruising adventures, Bruce! Reminds me of the Big Horn Mountains in Wyoming that I love so much and haven't explored near enough.
middle of the (UK) day video, usually teasing me with a 1.30am premiere! Cheers
Great video to see dropped as I get home from work. Looked like a fantastic day.
Thanks for the tour. Beautiful scenery.
😎🇺🇸🇨🇦🇺🇸😎
Beautiful country. Can you imagine the amount of work the old miners put into those old mines, buildings, and flumes. Mind boggling.
It really is! Can’t even fathom
The level of beauty in those landscapes is astounding 😍 thanks for the ride along
Thanks for taking us along on your explore
Wild day wheeling, awesome sights, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones
Beautiful area. I'm really looking forward to riding through there soon.
Every time I watch one of your videos, I’m in awe of how gorgeous BC is.
The province is pretty nice too! 😏😉 jk. I’ll see myself out
@@BruceCookfmx haha. I never even put that together while I’ll was I was typing it. 🤣🤣🤣

Wow such incredible views!! Love watching your drives, helps cure my need to be in the mountains!!
I’ll do what I can for you! 🤝🏼
Always fun to explore the back country that I've never seen with Bruce. We've been up to the French mine and another sketchier one above it but not all the way through to Apex. We did find a route inside the mountain from the level you drove to and came out on the side of that steep slope 2 levels down. Pretty amazing what those miners accomplished and I still say they picked the best view and just started drilling lol! We've got lots of those here in the West Kootenay.
Crazy the country they built roads on!
Great video love the nice scenic easy rides you sure live in a beautiful part of the world thanks for posting.
Amazing how similar the mountains are in BC as they are here in Montana. Thanks for the ride!
Sure are! One of the reasons I love Montana 😊
Nice office!
This trip reminds me of parts of Idaho. Thanks for sharing Bruce 🍻
Definitely!
Lovely video Bruce, how do you hold the camera, and hold the sticks for the pedals, and manage to turn the cam around, i drive my rv with sticks and cant really hold much
4X4ing with only 2 arms and taking amazing video of your area no need to apologize for bad content. 😀
It’s not easy! 🤣🍻
If Dennys car is rocking,
Dont drive up to it and knocking.. 😉 😎
( Sorry, someone had too.. 🤭 )
U need tome come see me next time, downtown Hedley. i know the mountain and what u want to see. Rod
nice work - was that down in OK falls area toward the end
Other side of the lakes, near hedley
Those steep hills creep me out.
Yup! And to think they’d put a frickin water slide on it!
Did yall ever get the wheelchairs across the border??
Not yet unfortunately. It’s in the works.
I was just there! What day did you guys go?
I think it was 2 weekends ago
@@BruceCookfmx wild. I went on Fri July 5, would've been awesome running into you there lolol. I entered via the lower mines road and hiked up to the cave from that drop off hill since I realized I took the wrong road and was already there. It was not a fun hike!
So if the plural of goose is geese, does that mean that plural of moose is meese?🤔🤣🤣🤣
Yes
Boring, Beer Outdoors Relaxing Interesting Not working Great 1:41
That's not a water slide. It's an ore shoot.
Same same
@BruceCookfmx No, it's not rock is rock, not water, that was never used for water. If you knew anything about mining, you would know it was an ore shoot used to bring rock to a crusher down the hill where the water is. Now, if it was going along the hill side from a water source to the mine, that would be to bring water to the mine, but it's not.
