  • We just had the biggest storm of the year blast through our property and nearly took out all of our tomato plants! Thankfully they stood up through the storm but now we have NO CHOICE but to string up our tomatoes finally. Yes I have been putting this off as they were strong enough to stand on their own until the storm came through, now they are almost laying on the ground. See what we do each year to grow the best single stem tomatoes and how we keep them nice and strong throughout the growing season.

Southern Indiana where I live has seen a decline in my area. We have lived here 11 years in a rural farm agriculture. I'm trying to include more plants to help drawl bees and butterflies to my yard. It is heartbreaking to know how important we need these. Thank you for your videos of great information on helping new gardeners.

I really wonder what’s up this year. New types of chemicals being used on crops or just change in patterns?? Who knows but something’s definitely different.
Thank you so much! That really means a lot to me. Thank you for watching and commenting 😊

Nature can be very unforgiving at certain times. Preparedness goes a long way. 👨‍🌾 thanks for the comment!

Hey Ripley your video was fine hardly could hear the wind. All I can say people need to chill out with the negative comments. I'm in north east Ohio we need a good rain. Yesterday just got a little sprinkle.

Thanks Mike! Yeah it’s too bad some are always looking for that type of negative interaction. We’ve just gotten little sprinkles this week too. Had a really good spring but dry early summer thus far.

There are less pollinators this year as well in southeastern Arizona.

That’s quite concerning… I’ve really got to do more videos on the importance of them for the planet

Chiming in from NJ... the bee sightings for my yard are at an all-time low, while the number of flowers is at an all-time high. My lawn has a TON of clover this year and it's still not helping. Hopefully this is just a timing issue and July will be better.

😬 yikes!! We’re not the only ones either, getting lots of reports of this news. Paying for a shift in consciousness over this issue

Start of spring we had tons of bees but after April no more bees. Only this week are they back. Strange season so far.

Very weird!! I wonder what the cause of the interruptions is.
