Its hilarious that Japan has premium Paratroopers that mimic Blackbeard from R6 Siege now. That said I cant seriously see the shield being super effective. And not 10 seconds later its gone.
They historically used body armour reminisce of the Soviet sappers. It's quite new to me that they used gun shields.

It's pretty funny how they ran out of ideas with so many canon units out there.
Is the type hei lmg mg ok weapon? Or not (Bc of thé front metal cover)?
It's a good weapon
slightly better than fully Type Hei and protects u from 2 hits directly.1 hit from melee

does gun shields really work? or just a ornament
yes it has 20hp, so it can block 2 semi shoots, 1 from bolt actions or 3 to 4 pistol caliber rounds.
@@gef019 20 hp is WAY too much. i feel like it should be like 3 hp since that's roughly the same amount of protection ussr body armor gives you
