@@TheUltimateScot they must have a big family. That's too big for my taste. It's beautiful but definitely not something I would buy even if I had money to splurge on one. If that was me, I'd have it on a mountain, with the same great views w/ floor to ceiling windows, nice wrap around deck, rustic furniture and at 1000sqft or under living space.

For anyone happening across this video, its original asking price at the time of listing was 3.6 million. It sold nearly a year and a half later on 11/15/2018 for 2 million.

Unfortunatelly in our country this kind of spacious houses are not so popular and are rare view also. Honestly my dream is to build this kind of hous on this kind of mountain. Seriously though, I watch these videos all the time and always hear the word "cozy" thrown around when looking at an ice palace. Your home is truly "cozy" in every sense of the word. Although it's very high end, there's not an ounce of snobbery in it and it's obviously a welcoming comfortable home as opposed to a showplace. Well done. It's beautiful and btw, bears are my favorite wild critter and I've lived where both blackies and grizzlies roam. I love your bears.

I am impressed it is indeed a beautiful property and home however, the annual tax burden in New Hampshire is/must be totally outrageous if not sustainable ! No one in their right state of mind wants to pay the state government such high taxes. Live Free or Die, how about easing the burden on folks residing in NH??
My family in MA says the same about NH property tax. But, consider that in MA that house would cost double... therefore the taxes aren't so bad.
For example, my home in NH is valued @350K, I pay 5k property taxes. In MA, my house would be over 500k, so taxes don't seem so bad. There are no State tax or Sales tax in NH... I Love living here!!!
