This couple is sitting on a gold mine, please get them some help in marketing their produce and manufacturing the excess apples, etc into juice. Export cane juice and coconut/cocunut water.Hotels and restaurants need support Mr Mack and other farmers. We have such good quality fruits. Wow!
I wish young people would realize farming is a must for the sustainability for our livelihood and our country. Love this tour. I cannot wait to return to do some farming.
I am enjoying the tour,I use to eat the rose apple as a child.since this year I was talking about it,and wondering if it was still here in our country.I would like a plant,,how could I get a plant pls. Big up Mr.Mc.& Mrs.Junie.keep up the traditional fruits.Thank you.
Lord continue to give this couple good health, strength and protection. We need food to survive but we're living in a world where farming is depleting and young people don't want to get hinds dirty.
There are lots of small and large Jamaican apple juice bottlers. It is for these small farmers to find them to sell to. Here is where the use of technology and social media comes in.
What a lovely generous hard working and very humble couple. The farm is awesome. Boy I wish I could come on these very informative and fun tours. You all see my people how very blessed Jamaica is
Rose Apple grows mostly near the River, it loves water and High Elevation. I am from Portland and I use to eat it a lot!!! Especially when we go to the river.
Wonderful farm tour. Make juice with those apples. Make a variety mix. Blend it with ginger, carrots, beetroot, lemon, watermelon, pineapple, guava, lemongrass, sorrel. The list is endless
Such a wonderful tour, the scenes, the noises, the pathways, the growing crops, they all take me back to my childhood. However, I'm saddened to see the apples are not being utilized for juicing etc. Once again thank you & keep up your positive videos on Jamaica. Continued BLESSINGS. Xx
Love the Jamaican countryside. So many different fruit trees, vegetables, food trees, livestocks. Brought back memories of my early life in Jamaica on my dad’s farm in St Mary. I thoroughly enjoyed the farm tour.
Very fruitful property, Mr and Mrs Mac, very hardworking couple, remind me of my own family. Jamaica is a beautiful place, the young people just need to take a page from these humble, hardworking people, they would not have to rob, thief or kill anybody, they could be farming and making a honest living for themselves. Thanks for sharing and highlighting these amazing people and beautiful places in my beautiful country, Jamaica land we love. Big up uself ❤️❤️❤️❤️🇱🇷🇯🇲
What a lovely garden and fruit orchard tour from Mr. Mack & Ms. Junie. Mr. Mack so gracious to share with us all the different crops he grows there! Nature's bounty! What a wonderful fruitful farm. Mr Mac could invite students from a local school to come to the farm and collect the apples to have with their lunch. Another idea would be to use the apples to make cider, approach a local drinks company to produce it, eh? Thanks for an uplifting tour of a Jamaican country farm. Interesting and enjoyable.
Lovely farm tour, thanks for sharing.. but you know what they could do, invite theSchool to do a field trip on the farm when the fruits are in season so that the kids could learn and also get some rather than letting them fall on the ground and go waste. Just my idea. When I used to live in Jamaica I had a lot of mangoes and plums and I used to fill my basin and go by my gate and give it mostly to the kids..
Just found your channel thru my mom. Yes, I already subscribed!! I really enjoyed watching the farm tour, Mr. Mac & his wife are truly blessed. I will watch the other apple video another day. Thanks for sharing.
What a beautiful and fruitful garden / farm. They are a humble, hardworking lovely couple. Maybe tree netting under the trees to catch the fruit will help so the fruit won't go to waste on the ground. Blessings to you for your great videos and Blessings to the lovely couple.
Another awesome episode . Mr. and Mrs Mac are so strong. Admirable couple. Apples will always go to waste because they ripen fast. They could make some juice and freeze it. Also clean, cut up the fruits and freeze to make drinks when the season is over.
Love it!! Wonderful people and awesome farm. Oh gosh man...them apples!!! Indeed a blessing. My parents did a lot of farming when I was growing up. Nothing like running and playing on a Jamaican farm. Love the vibes. ❤❤❤🇯🇲🇯🇲
Another Great vlog. I enjoy watching the entire vlog. Y'all don't have to worry about any chemicals. Here in America, I think the food is driving people crazy.
I remember rose apples, the trees 🌳them died out hard to find now, glad to see it again. Check out sweet cup that looks like passion fruit but very sweeter than the passion fruit.
This was such a beautiful experience...I could almost smell the earth and all that came from it. Thanks to all that made it possible. Please tell which Parish this was? I would love to visit them. Bronx New York
Wow Wesley, another great video!!! I will be back in Jamaica in the fall and will be having you run with me to see Mr, Mac and Miss June. Whenever I visit Jamaica, it perplexes when Jamaicans cry of hunger and beg money for food...food is everywhere in abundance!!!!
You can make vinegar from the apple and also bear you just have to pick them up and use them Justin within a barrel and ferment on store Just looked up on TH-cam there are a lot of ways to use them bigger

May God bless Mr. Mack and Ms. Junie...independent entrepreneurs...a person who can feed themselves entirely...that's what you call independent...it can make juice...and they can buy a food dehydrator and dry them and sell them...yes that is an apple that flies follow because of the high level of juice in it...what a lovely farm...thanks MIJ...I was just looking and identifying different trees.❤❤❤
You could have farm trips for tourists where they pick their own fruits and vegetables with supervision, and change them American $ according to the amount they have.
They can sell the crops, factories can buy for juice, make apples sauce, apple jam ,apple smoothie ,apple sorbet etc...the country need to go around and manufacture the crops them when they ready to reap...and earn money to💞👍🤩😍
Veronica Watkis, thats so true those are the things the government should be working on, more foreign exchange coming into the county. Bought drinks ere from other countries that as no taste, while we wasting our precious organic fruits & vegetables. Miss my yaard. Wellesley mi soon come, please leave mine.
God bless these people, they are a millionaire and dont know it. They are very humble though. Someone need to help them organize and show how to distribute and sell to companies that make juices etc.
You can put them in a juicer and freeze the juice for the off season. Maybe you can help them find a local market for them, donation to local schools instead of wasting. Maybe the local school children can be introduced to farming by having them pick the apples. Maybe dehydrate them, not sure how they would taste, but it is an option. I know the mangoes for sure can be dehydrated and taste good.
Wellesley nice seeing you touring the Mack’s farm. You need to help them research on how to make apple wine, apple cider vinegar. He could dehydrate the apples, and make apple chips.. He needs to utilizes the uses of the fruits, and don’t let them go to waste. If that property was in Kingston you wouldn’t find one fruit, only the empty tree. Wellesley help him with a farm tour for people to come and buy. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.

You can blend the fruit with some ginger, lemon or lime and some sugar. This will make a nice refreshing drink instead of buying sodas.

They need a buyer for all those apples. That’s money falling off those trees. I miss Jamaica 🇯🇲
Can't export Mark they are too fragile and real organic, only last a couple days.
@@sheronjohnson2041 wow that’s such a shame. Maybe they need to make apple juice and sell it. I wish I had the resources to start it
