Quite interesting- an education in cinema as a creative effort. I've really enjoyed "The Road to Perdition" a number of times, but it was easy for me to see why these well-crafted clips ended up on the cutting-room floor... in a movie pacing is so vital, helps the story to unfold in a determined way. Some of the insights shown in this compilation were extraneous to the film's revelations, or in some cases gave the viewer too much information too soon. Suspense is a refined craft. Thanks for your efforts.
They should've kept all of these scenes in. It helps flesh out the characters & relationships, and it's not as if the movie was particularly long.
Fascinating. You can see how this could be a 4-part four hour series. And should be.

This movie is a MASTERPIECE
I wouldn’t mind this movie to be long because I would enjoy a lot because I love this movie
Sorry your mistake Ruth etting in the diner is 1935 not 1930. Nice try though.
The hairstyles are perfect but Capone was balding.
The movie is actually set in the Winter of 1931.
@@Anime_Lover_PHX_SAC_ABQ So it took place like a month before he was charged with tax evasion in March 1931.
