Great tab, but I think some pickup notes are notated wrong. E.g. The very first 3-5 slide in the bridge should not have an eighth beat under the 3, and the 0 should be under the 5. Edit: More errors, some eighth notes are not the same length 0:55

I don't understand the harmonics, could somebody maybe explain them?

try this: on your acoustic guitar lightly press any string on the 12th fret (without any capos at least). When you light press the string, and I mean like the weight of a fly) and play that you would make a bell like sound. To make it sound even better put your finger between the 12th and 13th fret instead, and also when you play the note, move your playing hand closer to the bridge. Another tip is to let go of your finger of the 12th and 13th fret, just makes it ring better. Notice how it wont work at any other point of the string besides this 12th/13th point. This is because it only works at half the string length, notice how 12th and 13th point is also around half the size of the entire string. But in case you want to play higher or lower, is called AH, or artificial harmonics. To do that your playing hand (right, if your right handed) will be touching the string instead of your other hand for the harmonics. But it will also be playing it, the way I was learnt to do this is to put your index finger on the string over the 12th/13th fret and have my ring finger actually playing the string. Once you have that technique down, you can play AH's. With your other unused hand (the left hand, if your right handed) if you press down on the first string for example, the 12th/13th fret no longer becomes the middle of the string. So the harmonic is at the 13th/14th in this case. If your left hand presses down on the second string, move your other hand down one fret to the 13th/14th fret, etc etc.
