I'm not aware of demons in the MK universe being immune to fire. They live in a realm full of fire, but they are not immune to it. Even Scorpion, who actually controls fire, is sometimes shown to die by fire (e.g. in MK Shaolin Monks).

She does have her own moves in Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero. She used a blue laser sword.
