How embarrassing... My head was probably completely in the clouds. It is of course a Staedtler triplus 474. But at least I pulled off the mistake in the video consistently. :D Unfortunately I can't edit the video anymore. I hope you can forgive me the mistake. :)
I read a comment you made on Figboot channel and noticed you had a channel of your own. That is how I discovered 'Writing Delight'. I was also surprised you had reviewed this Staedtler pen. I don't think I've seen another review of this model. I was curious because I bought this pen a few months ago. I was attracted by the triangular shape. Mine is the gold colour version. I really like this pen. I was sorry to hear your example had some 'play' in the cap. I must be lucky as mine has a very tight fit. I have subscribed to your channel today.
I am glad that you are here. And thank you for subscribing. I hope you will find interesting videos for you here in the future. :) The Staedtler 474 is not the most famous fountain pen, I think. But it is good. And I'm glad to hear that the cap sits well on yours. So it's probably really because my fountain pen was one of the first.
Thanks for this informative review-I wasn’t aware that Staedtler still even existed…I wouldn’t mind the unpostability but the loose cap/nib drying is a significant problem. As you say, they may fix that later. Thanks again, much appreciated!
Yeah. Staedtler does still exist. But their domain isn't in the fountain pen range, even though they have some. The "loose cap" is not really los. It is just s mall wiggle. And with that just a little bit of air. It is not drying massivley faster. And I really belive it has to do with my pen being one of the first from production. :) Always a pleasure. :)
Thank you for a very true review. I have bought the pen in same black (or anthracite) color as they call it and with the Fine nib. The nib is a pleasant surprise. My tendencies at fist was to go for Pilot Metropolitan Fine, but since I haven't found it in a local pen store I bought this 474. I do not care if the pen can not post, it is nicely balanced without the cap on. But my cap also have a bit of a play and it does not give you that sense of a solid workmanship as with the Pilot. Other than that I have not complaints except the pen is made in China, which I do not like.
Yes, it is a pleasant writing pen. The cap is supposed to have become different in later copies. I would be happy about that. Because effectively that is the only real point of criticism from me.

What products do you use international converters?
Schmidt Universal Fountain Pen Ink Converter (K5) does not enter from the barrel.

컨버터 종류가 뭔가요?
Staedtler is using Standard-International.
Do you know if the nib and feed is friction fitted? I am wondering if this can be pulled out for intensive cleaning purposes in the future. Thank you.
@kennyroger9941 it has a nib unit that takes a bit of effort to unscrew.
I find my pen cap wobbles as well when the pen is capped.
