Is it true that you either have a tank or a pouch not both..? I’ve just been quoted a total of nearly £700 for BOTH parts as my Partner is showing fault codes
Can i use this in a Peugeot Partner 2013 ? Had a dpf clean got all 0s then he got a permanent fault with FEBO code saying the bags empty but no dash warning , Peugeot want £400 a bag , i didnt even know it was there
Hello I have a Peugeot 508sw 2.0D estate 2012 . Has come up a message particular filter level low. I'm abroad and leving to drive home to the uk will it be ok until I get home or will it damage the engine
Thank you for your question Steve! For this particular procedure (topping up regeneration fluid of FAP / DPF filter) you are required to have the correct tools and diagnostic equipment. This is a typical job for trained and qualified car technicians rather then a DIY job. Thanks!
My garage told me I had to have 3 litres for my now empty dpf tank/pouch. Is this the case or can 1 litre be ok? I dont want the additional cost as my car is now old. Thank you
Hello I have a mini R56 Cooper D with the 1.6 HDi. Does my car have one of these systems as it has the HDi engine? Also will your product work on my car?
Its interesting that the system throws a warning light when the tank is empty, so the car KNOWS automatically that it's empty, but you can't just refill it, you have to manually tell the computer that it's been refilled?? Its more Peugeot/Ford bullshit....to generate revenue. Who the fck puts a refillable tank UNDERNEATH the car, with the ony way to refill being you have to jack the car up in the air? Total piss take.
I'm sorry mate, we did not design that system;) And yes, you have to reset the counters via the OBD system for the vehicle to know that the regeneration fluid has been topped up. We made a video on this as well. I will share this link with you below:
We get this question asked frequently. No, this is not AdBlue! AdBlue is easy to identify with the blue screw cap right next to the diesel fuel cap. Also AdBlue can be topped up by yourselves. For the DPF Refill Fluid (or FAP-, regeneration fluid) top up you have to go to a workshop to get it done. Thanks!
I just removed the dreaded DPF on my Peugeot Partner 2014 1.6 HDI. Used and will recomend a garage. It was 400£ and job done. No more funny lights, no more eloys fluid, and no more DPF ceramic bullshit. They removed all the inner crap, put the empty tin back on, did a remap (91 to 114 HP) and the MPG is much improved (from 40MPG motorway, now getting 55 and above). I am not advertising, i'm just (was) a frustated owner of this complicated emission piece of crap. REPLY

I have a Peugeot 4007 Diesel 7 seater, do you have product that works? Any video on DIY?

Did my ford focus last week with this fluid and kit, only took me 20mins.
Did it make any difference to your car?
@@amana1480 Yes, the warning light stayed off, and stopped the car going into limp mode.
are you professional mechanic?
Hi I still have less than half fluid inside and I don't have did I need do diagnostic after that refiling.
Why are you skipping and cutting? Show all the crew holes for dismounting
Citroen c5 2.2 hdi 2002 has eolys sistem mounted? Thanks

Doesn’t actually measure the amount it’s just a counter that needs to be reset

@@jlmlubricants Why did the car manufacturers put the DPF fluid reservoirs in such weird and awkward locations?

Does adblue work as well. That's all I can find where I live
no its a different fluid, its mixed with fuel where adblue is injected to the exhaust

You did the right thing.
Not complicated, not difficult, it's all pretty easy and barely affects economy.
