Omg Em, the same thing happened to me in Prada in Bicester just before Christmas! I’ve spent so much money there over the last few years and never had a bad experience but when I went in December, I had a bag and pair of shoes already behind the till and was FaceTiming a friend as she wanted me to buy a bag for her mum as a gift. Was showing her the bag and an SA came over to tell me to get off the phone, I apologised and hung up. Went to the mens section to get my boyfriend so we could pay and the SA got security to follow me and then he said I need to put my phone in my bag?! I was like oh I’m not on the phone you can see and he went ‘ I don’t care it needs to go in your bag’. I was so embarrassed and annoyed so ended up leaving the stuff I had behind the till and the gift for my friend. Beyond rude and absolutely will not be going back in there again. Always amazing service in Stella, Gucci & Saint Laurent though!x

From London Marylebone there’s a train there that I know people say is super easy but I know what you mean, with bags etc it’s not the easiest! When I lived in Leeds it was sooo far for us to go so I really do understand! 💜💜💜

We had such an amazing day! Prada really upset us / made us shaken, particularly during a pandemic he was very aggressive in my face and like you say, just a polite ask would have been fine but he was intimidating 💜😓
@@Emshelx You should have recorded the security guy. It's one thing to ask someone to stop filming and quiet another to threaten yo snatch their phone and forcibly delete anything. Once the footage is taken, it's yours. They can't do anything. You are not showing area 51 to the world

The security guard in Prada has no rights to threaten you like that. About how they will take your camera and make you delete pictures. I would of said call the police right now. What a disgusting behaviour how dare them talk to women like that. They have no rights to tell you to do that. They could of politely told you to put your camera away but not threaten. You should of called the manager.
This is exactly what I mean, there are polite ways to ask someone not to take videos and he was not polite. He made me physically shake. I asked for a manager and his name and he told me due to data protection he’s protected and I can’t know his name. He was an intimidating bully unfortunately. If the police came they’d have told him I hadn’t done anything illegal or committed a crime, he was truly horrible and I wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone else x

Also don’t forget to report it on reviews. Leave a review on it. Always try find the prada bicesters email and make a complain can’t let someone nasty get away with it

Check their website, there are no rules written anywhere. The rules change depending on the guards, usually they’re fine with filming in Prada
CHANEL bag was cute - but the bigger black one is much better unless your only going to use for an evening out - useless to me 🤣🤣. I would hardly get my meds in that 🙈🙈
I went to the prada store last month and they were so unfriendly. I felt like they were doing me a favour instead of me actually wanting to buy a bag. They didn’t give me the time of day so I left. I ended up buying a bag instead from YSL
Honestly I was appalled at how horrible they were - to make someone physically shake because of treatment is not okay! I love prada and feel stupid for spending my money in there now xxx

Burberry store in Edinburgh has great staff from the moment the opened their doors. The SA offer an exceptional service even if you walk out empty handed
I honestly find Burberry are phenomenal!

Wow I am so sorry to hear what happened to you in Prada. There’s definitely better ways to ask people to refrain from doing something. That said, I’d argue that TH-camrs have a huge role to play in the success of these types of Outlet stores so brands like Prada and the Bicester Village management should think twice before banning filming. I’d be tempted to write a complaint to Bicester.
I completely agree with you, in Dior they very politely asked me, in here he intimidated me and used his power as if I was a criminal. No one should leave a store shaking, it’s not like I was stealing. I completely agree too, I know so many people who have spent thousands after watching my videos at Bicester so it’s disheartening because I truly don’t think I will shop in that store again 💜💜💜
