Your locs are soo beautiful. Thank you for the essential oil tip. Does this work with traditional locs? I don’t wash at home yet: but could I use the spray as a daily refresher at home after getting a retwist ?
Thank you! Yes the essential oils work on traditional locks too. You just want to be careful to do mostly the scalp and don't get your hair too wet. Moisture can lead to unraveling and your hair taking a longer time to matte. Sisterlocks are "locked" from day one, they just aren't matted, so there is a slight less risk. Hope this helps. 💚💚

I love the color you use on your hair its beatiful. What color is it? i heard it is not good to color your locs it can damage it is that true?. i'm in the priocess of getting microlocs what do you think about the color part? i would love to color my locs after i get mine done too. When do you think is the best time to put color on them?
Best not to color for 1.5 years. Most of my color ends broke off so my length has been slow. Just go natural color and when it locs add the color. Colored hair is dry and needs a lot of moisture and that will interfere with the locking process.

Do you have to leave it braided and banded until it dries? Can you undo it right after washing so that it falls properly?
Hi Najee. You are supposed to let it dry completely. And honestly you are supposed to keep it as dry as possible outside of washing in order to expedite the locking process and prevent unraveling. ❤️ I went in for my 3 month reti. New video coming soon. 😙

I am new, about 5days but my hair is too dry. Can you help?
I can't say that I can. I use the essential oils I mentioned in this video. That's all I have used until my locs matured and now I use a leave in conditioner as well. With your hair being so new, you have to see what your loctician suggests. 🤎 I hope it gets better
