I'm not even going to add in what's going on right now, with inflation hurting everyone but the rich.
OK rich kids....Don't even come crying that you lost $400 thousand since January, you have enough tucked away to do that again for Christmas and New Years and still make your boat payment.
Patrick, I'm pleased to hear that you're doing good, or at least think that most everybody else is.
Believe me lifted implies help from either industry or the Government.

Thanks for your doc's, Pete. So many just anybody's throw stuff together & slap it on here under the guise of a documentary. But the graphics are cheesey, holding a pic/scene for so long to fill screen time.. with an epically bland or annoying voice.
These quality doc's are easy to absorb, & shows history is fascinating, interesting, & imagination capturing. 💫❤ Neat-o! Thanks again!

The position of high priest and king were not "traditionally intertwined," as you repeatedly said. The positions had only been merged a few generations earlier in the Hasmonean dynasty.
According to the Hebrew Bible, the king descended from the line of David (a Judahite) and the high priest descended from Aaron (a Levite). The two were entirely separate.

Are you a believer? I think the actual characters started with David but I question the characters preceding him. When you really dig into the history you learn Judaism evolved out of the earlier Canaanite religion.
The original Israelites were indigenous Canaanites. El was the chief deity with Asherah as his wife, Baal and Anat his son and daughter.
Then you find God called Elyon and El Shaddai in the OT.

Correction : Josephus in his book available in English thanks to Penguin Classic books (The Jewish War) says the Romans started the fire when their officers in the heat of battle, lost full control of their men.
That I suggest has a ring of truth.
He wrote, Titus had ordered the Temple untouched.
Then as now, Jewish people who have always seen themselves as two main groups, Jews and Israelites, regularly pray "next year in Jerusalem".
The Jewish Israeli connection with Jerusalem and the lands of Israel & Judean remain profound.
This is something many Muslims unfortunately fail to understand.
