@danioclarke9824 it is almost impossble. I broke the rocker arm when trying to pry it in there. Major design flaw. So now i need just a piece of plastic to complete the job and someone to put it in there. If only there were 2" of space between the blower wheel and the stacked BDA's it would be have been easy.
I would love to put it back together for you but keep trying it will get back in there you have to play with the controls make sure you put everything in defrost and also make sure you have the actuator in defrost as well try using a flat head screwdriver to guide back it there
How do you get it back in without removing the housing?

This motor controls the passenger side only or both driver and passenger?

I really struggle to get this out. I took the screws out, but it just won't come out

What was the problem? Why did this need to be replaced?
@@terencethom8847 air mix door actuator went bad so had to be replaced.
