Hi guys! Alex here 🙋♂️I really reached deep into my creative side to create this video for you guys. It is very different than anything we have ever posted before, but it tells the epic story of our trek to the summit of Acatenango Volcano. Grab some popcorn, sit back and enjoy the movie :)

I just hiked Acatenango last week! The summit climb was INTENSE, but we crushed it. Glad I found your channel--I've been vloggingthrough Guatemala for two months now. Subbed!
Great video guys, it brought us right back to the mighty Acatenango! You made the first part of the hike up to base camp look super easy :) Excellent work on the sound design and music score. Too bad you couldn't get to the summit, the view from up there is spectacular - especially at sunrise. But at least you got the most important thing out of the hike, to whitness Fuego erupting up close.
Congratulations guys very nice and clear video you guys takes from my country good memories, I live in Canada for 40 years and never had chance to claimb All those beautiful volcanoes. Good luck and I wish to you all the best 👏👍

This video bring back my memories, I climbed this volcano in 1988. Because there was not trail it took us 12 hours. The night was unforgivable i almost freeze to dead. If i remember well the summit has 2 peaks.
Too bad you guys didn’t make it to the top of the summit, but better safe than sorry . At least you guys were able to see the volcano eruptions up close. That must have been some experience.😃
I know we were super upset, but it would of been extremely dangerous if we went to the top. The wind was insanely strong :( Thank you so much for your support Raul ✌️

I climbed the volcano, but we had a really good climate. I am so sorry that you guys didn't!

It was around 5 miles to the basecamp but it was 70% incline the whole way up 😱 Thank you so much ❤️Hope you can visit Guatemala one day!!
