Yes Chanchal ji,inspite of being in full Command of administartion, SAD BJP govt led by Badals ignored every incidence that effected public welfare n Panthic principles. They were never serious about any investigation reports that could provide justice to Punjab n Panth.And see the results...every misdeeds committed during their rule have been made public by Supreme authority of Akal Thakhat today .The punishment in the form of sewa is not sufficient to cover the misdeeds.
Anything is possible I suspect fracture too that saved him cleaning toilets and washing dishes ! This seva could’ve been postponed till he got healthy and did that afterwards to save his ego rest are cleaning toilets where as he is sitting on wheel chair among bodyguards like emperor !
