😲 only 5 days of paid leave! The minimum in Europe is 4 weeks and that doesn’t even include public holidays. My previous job I had 6 weeks paid leave and that didn’t even include the public holidays and the long extended Christmas break which was compulsory. The office was closed over Christmas and we returned in the New year after the bank holiday. Goodness me, American’s are missing out on a good work life balance.
