    Her breeder can definitely feel proud of that fabulously thick coat. Love it!

    Glad I came across this Vid as I self-Groom My Standard Poodles 🐩 learning from Vids like this but I have been cutting coat lower in the summer assuming to keep them cool and now I know not to do that. Also my Red coat Poodle now has sunburn on top of coat 😐 Hope will fade away?& for sure now will not be cutting coat low n summer time! I do use a 10 Blade with the Diff size Covers. Thanks for the tips best vid I have come across!

      Poodles are single coated, she has her information wrong. Double coated means they shed and poodles do not shed. An example of a double coated dog is a husky. You do not shave huskies.

      If you mean the paws, because that was my question, how often is neccesery to clip the place inbetween fingers.
      about month - not to look so pretty
      month and half to become messy
      two monts to make a trouble.
      I hope someone else will answer.

    Una de las cosas más lindas de los caniches es su carita peluda. ¿ Por qué a los caniches standard siempre le rapan la cara.

    Hate seeing dogs being treated like they don't matter. Talk to her ... tell her how good she's being ... heavens a treat wouldn't hurt either.

    • @babymama4723
      @babymama4723 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The dog doesn't need treats because if it's already trained to stand or what ever you do not need treats just like if you teach your dog dog to sit and it learned it you do not need to reward them every time you say sit if it's already been taught

      Mango Pineapple she was referring to someone asking about double coated dogs, she did specifically say poodles were hair bearing, not fur bearing, meaning they don’t shed and shearing won’t ruin coat

    I have actually shaved many double coated breeds, including my wooly akita and pomeranian, and each time they grew back fine. SOMETIMES it messes it up, but not all of the time.
