Im very happy to c the video in a very simpler manner. The symbols were explained in a very short manner. I would like to see the service industry VSM from you in the future days.......
HI, thank you for the video. at 12:35, where you show the inventory after Task 1, of 3000pc. Based on the Takt time of 504pc/day, wouldn't the wait time be 3000pc/504pc/day = 6 days instead of 10 days?
Yes, I am in agreement. However, please do not look at the numbers. It was more intended to clarify the concept only, as I found that many beginners tend to get confused looking at a VSM :)
Thank you so much, sir, for providing this much valuable information. I have a doubt. I got a question about VSM in which they haven't mention supplier detail; in this case, what can I do? Will I have to mention a supplier or not?
Great video, clear, concise, a great job at explaining VSM, Cheers!

Understood well... thank you so much sir..
Thank you for the kind words Pavitra..will try to make more such videos...
the time line is not present as shown in your time line symbol. The VA should be on top (peak) while the NVA should be the trough of the time line.
The NVA time between 1st & 2nd process is 5.9 days & NOT 10 days as shown by you.....
According to Mike Rother’s “Learning to see”, your definition of cycle time is wrong.
Sorry, didn't get a chance to read the book..please share the definition with me..it will be a great contribution..
