If they have tie up with particular shpwroom then they will agree to pay the invoice amount otherwise they will deduct the amount despite having Zero dep. Go digit, Acko and Magma HDI.. Reject these companies as sometimes they may ask for Google location history to check that u were at the accident spot or not. If u r buying 13-15lac car spend 10-12k more nd go for HDFC, ICICI or other reputed Brand.. I am Insurance Advisor nd i witness such experiences with my customers who got insurance from online platform. You can Google it by searching magma hdi asking for Google time line, digit nd Acko doing same. So better avoid this rascals. If u think premium on heavy side ask the agent if he can offer u some discount. @@sunilandsonalvlogs
