I had intense anger episodes for as long as I could even remember I had passive depression when I was 8 I would cry myself to sleep in 4th Grade I first started cutting in early Fifth Grade I was ALWAYS alone with no friends I attempted to kill myself twice in fifth grade and three times in 6th I got sexually assulted in early 7th Grade I began to starve myself in mid 7th Grade I am now professionally diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD For Short) I still have all of these problems. Therapy is NOT helping at all.. A favour I really need; please pray I get the help i need...please. I can't do this alone.

Depression is a weight dragging you down inside this hole that is never ending. There's no way out of this hole and it doesn't take a few sessions of therapy to feel happy again. It takes months, years even. You know you're depressed when you try to find people in the world with the same feeling. That feeling of nothingness.
We all know here, here are full of the people who feel are falling off the edge. Drowning in anxiety, heartache, depression. And ect, but people are there for you! People care for you. Don't fade away and listen to those people who abuse you or ruin your day. And if you think people don't care about you, look at them again. Open your mouth, speak your emotions. Amaris Ward well lost, empty and depressed is how I would feel. Coming so close to filling that hole in your heart multiple times kills you slowly and you lose more and more of yourself when things don’t work out in the end. I do understand the feeling of losing yourself after faking a smile for so long. Knowing me I’d tell myself things would get better even if I know it feels like I’m lying to myself. I would probably blame myself because that’s just how I am. But yea I know how it feels to hate yourself more than anything else. But I also believe that as long as you’re alive there’s always a chance. That’s usually how I keep going. And I mean I don’t just try to listen to how you’re feeling. I would also try to hear your feelings and try to put myself in your shoes rather than going by my own experiences. Because for another person, combining their own experiences and trying to put yourself in someone else’s shoes is the closest you can come to understanding another person. But it really depends on the person because some people don’t know how to put themselves in others peoples shoes and some people can’t understand or relate. I wish I could go back and replace my childhood. Sitting in my bedroom all day being too miserable to do anything. Staring at my phone screen only hoping everything would be okay. So many other people would be out,actually loving their childhood the right way while I forced myself to stay inside. I felt fine and now growing older I realize I wasn't fine. There's nothing I can do to change the past,if there was,I'd replace everything. I'd not let myself get to the point where I'm so miserable what all I can do was hide under blankets.

It's not easy for a dual addiction. Being an addict and having depression, ADD, severe PTSD, anxiety with mild agoraphobia and learning disability is a harder battle. I appreciate that there's music. More so to hear music that I identify with and know that I am not alone.

I can tell the Amount of pain he is in and it hurts like hell feeling like this or worse when you lose someone that means the world or most to you. It's sad when they mean more than even your family to you and with fake people everywhere eventually fake smiles come along and depression too. It's not easy living this way especially when your too scared to die but that's all you would want and what would truly make you happy sometimes I think if I got ran over and was able to say my last words and not make it in time I would say, thank you, I can finally rest in peace and be happy that I'm dead. Depression is a weight dragging you down inside this hole that is never ending. There's no way out of this hole and it doesn't take a few sessions of therapy to feel happy again. It takes months, years even. You know you're depressed when you try to find people in the world with the same feeling. That feeling of nothingness.

Amaris Ward well lost, empty and depressed is how I would feel. Coming so close to filling that hole in your heart multiple times kills you slowly and you lose more and more of yourself when things don’t work out in the end. I do understand the feeling of losing yourself after faking a smile for so long. Knowing me I’d tell myself things would get better even if I know it feels like I’m lying to myself. I would probably blame myself because that’s just how I am. But yea I know how it feels to hate yourself more than anything else. But I also believe that as long as you’re alive there’s always a chance. That’s usually how I keep going. And I mean I don’t just try to listen to how you’re feeling. I would also try to hear your feelings and try to put myself in your shoes rather than going by my own experiences. Because for another person, combining their own experiences and trying to put yourself in someone else’s shoes is the closest you can come to understanding another person. But it really depends on the person because some people don’t know how to put themselves in others peoples shoes and some people can’t understand or relate.
