      Matthew 22:36-40
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Indeed. The Tulsa race war was triggered by a black man sexually assaulting a white woman in an elevator. The man was arrested and jailed. A white mob wanted to lynch the black criminal. Local police prevented that. A band of armed blacks showed up to defend the jail, despite being told by local law enforcement to disperse and that the situation was under control. Armed whites showed up in response. Shooting started and by the time it was all over 12 whites and 25 blacks were killed.

This is the reason we need to teach our children actual US History. Not some fake fairy tale of lies. God bless the families who were affected. 900 injured, seriously injured or killed..Businesses and homes burned and bombs dropped on a thriving black community...based on a false allegation against a black person. What about the criminalization of drugs in the 80's & 90's when it came to blacks (mass incarceration by the hundreds of thousands), yet the opioid "epidemic"😒 (which MAINLY affects the white community) is treated like a health CRISIS! Do you think Tulsa was the ONLY city that did this? Not soon after the riot did some in the white community steal the displaced blacks lands! So the answer is NO! All kinds of restrictive jim crow laws against blacks were written & brutality enforced to keep blacks under white's foot economically, physically, & mentally! So after the civil rights gains from the 60's, they found other subtle ways to take advantage of black people EVERY way they could!! That's why telling the truth about the TRUE history of this nation is so important.

I’d like to hear if she was going off what tabloids and others who may have been ignorant to what was actually happening in the town have told her! I think it’s also just as important that people who lived in Oklahoma at that time or who are ignorant to history learn about the (Green corn rebellion) that happened just 3 years before in 1917, Tulsa riots! 1921, because it was an attempt at a socialist revolution in our country and many are clueless.
I’d like to ask her about the African blood brotherhood a communist organization out of New York that was thought to be running the town of Tulsa.
Then I would encourage black people everywhere to look up Victor L Berger, who Dixiecrats gave a seat in Congress too in 1910, also look up Manning Johnson a black leader many are not familiar with; understand FDR policies like the (NEW Deal) and those same policies revamped under LBJ, (New Deal policies and just understand that communism/Socialism is collectivism! Which is a monolith! Absent of individual thoughts and freedoms. You do more research with president Woodrow Wilson see what his (espionage act) entailed. Look up The greatest black man to ever live Fredrick Douglas and w d bois but come to understand if your a democrat or republican ideologies do (not) change people do! Wake up! It would just be hard to because 2008 is passed and so there's no centennial (we were kind of busy electing a black president from that state at least). I just remember during the Illinois Centennial I was working at a museum and learned about it, basically a neighborhood just like the one in Tulsa was destroyed for exactly the same reasons, by a mob, and burned to the ground over trumped up rape charges. It drove blacks from that city basically forever, if I remember right, but they established the NAACP to make sure it never happened again.

The color of my skin brings fear or rejection responses daily. I am so proud that she stated her age because she's seen slavery yesterday as well as modern day slavery today. It's easy for others to say, they always use the race card or go back to Africa. Unfortunately racism dwells there as well.
They will never ever understand how it feels to be Strong and Black, ever. We are a group of people who have endured the worst of many things. We turn dilapidated areas into homes. And they want to take history like this, out of the history books in the schools, so they don't offend "anyone". This woman here is a true reminder that, that should never happen.

smh. this isn’t in the history textbooks anyways. and i think you’re making some sort of argument against leftists but do you really think leftists would want this history erased? it seems like cop lovers would want this erased since it was police’s doing

@@t0ad_ he's actually making an argument against the people that want to remove critical race theory from text books aloe preventing it from ever making it in. Sometimes it feels like some people want to hide the past specifically so it CAN repeat itself.
