I've been trying to find a way to contact Larry in order to purchase a couple gigs. Can anyone point me in the right direction? A website, Etsy page, anything?

Using modern processes can produce everything, but some things should still be made by craftsmen such as yourself and your father, that's one of the problems with today's world, we are too eager to lay aside tradition and skill.

Across time and cultures, all good souls will feel the lost of great fathers. Your words have honored Mr. Hastings Shade, your father. And you are blessed for completing his last wishes, and faithfully continuing his good works…

No need to say any more. What you have shown spans all cultures. A father that passes a skill/craft to their son keeps a tradition and culture alive.

Wonder if he's any relation to Totem Hare? Legend in that area in the 70's for making gigs

Great vid. You took care to explain the process, why it's done that way, and what it means to you, and you clearly put the same emotion into making this video that you obviously do in your work. Thank you for posting it.

Excellent video! I'd love to buy one of Larrys gigs to use here during the spring sucker run! I'd also like to get a frog gig if he makes them? Any info on how I could contact him would be deeply appreciated. Thank You for sharing this.
