    As you say, it takes about 10 minutes to let the atmosphere air out, can the vending valve close when the atmosphere air goes out? In steam and air technology.
    Second one Is there any problem if there is air inside the pouch (without vacuum pack)in the vegetable retort

      The air should be removed completely from the pouch else your pouch will be spoiled.

      You can use hermetically sealed retort grade pp container.

      Yes. Your retort needs to be calibrated accordingly.

    hello mam how would I decide time tempereture combination for verious porducts? is there any scientific way. for now we are using trial and error menthod for every product. it works practically but I want a scientific way. can you help me. is there any book available on tthe topic?

      By conducting HP (Heat Penetration) studies you can establish time-temp combination.
