Hi, i am using ALP CLG -40LDVP model; could I make the pre heating step before puting packed product in start sterilazion? Please guild me step in button. I am in doubt, because the procedure is include pre - heating and sterilize -> how could i open the lid during the procedure to put material in. Thanks.
Hi. Thank you for your message.
Please note that CLG-40LDVP is unsuitable for retort sterilizing because pressure control is not equipped with this model while our retort autoclaves (RK-3030 and RKZ-40II ) are equipped with pressure control which prevents packed products (pouches) from bursting. Due to this reason, if you use CLG-40LDVP for the sterilizing packed products, they are surely burst.
@@alpco.ltd.1547 Thanks. We used it for cooking sealed bottles, with the function for product liquid closed. => CLG-40DVP is not suitable for pouches only.
regarding the RK-3033: can it make the suitable pressure or we have to calculate by ourshelf? Thanks
@@trietbt RK-3030 has 3 presetting (pattern) according to the sterilization temperature. The ideal pressure for each sterilization temperature is set however you can adjust the pressure to be suitable for your application.
