- This is a taste test/review of Tillamook Ice Cream Sandwiches in five flavors including Salted Caramel, Mint Chocolate Chip, Oregon Strawberry, Chocolate Mudslide and Vanilla Bean. They were $5.49 each at Kroger.
* Salted Caramel 1 sandwich (67g) = 220 calories
* Mint Chocolate Chip 1 sandwich (63g) = 210 calories
* Oregon Strawberry 1 sandwich (63g) = 200 calories
* Chocolate Mudslide 1 sandwich (65g) = 210 calories
* Vanilla Bean 1 sandwich (61g) = 200 calories

I knew Tillamook from their quality beef jerky slabs my mom woukd get from the gas station growing up in Hawaii. When I moved to California I learned they had butter and then I discovered their ice cream. Tillamook is a very good brand for dairy and beef products. Can't wait to try these sandwiches, very happy with this review and the hosts. All I wanted to know was are the waffle cones crispy, answer Yes!

Oops. Just got to the point where you mentioned the flavors listed. But yeah, Tillamook is my go-to for ice cream. Haven’t found a flavor I didn’t like.

Some Targets in metro Madison, Wi carry Tillamook ice cream sandwiches (as well as the pints and the larger containers). It looks really good!

I bought a box and it has bioengineered ingredient. However I dont see that on the back of your package. I wonder if that was a recent change by the company? It is getting harder and harder to find non gmo ice cream. Anyways I ate it and it was good.

VANILLA TILLAMOOK ICE CREAM IS MY FAVORITE VANILLA ICE CREAM EVERRRR. STRAWBERRY IS AMAZING TOO! Never tried the sandwiches. DO A TASTE TEST OF VANILLA ICE CREAMS INCLUDING THE TILLAMOOK! Please. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I don't get them anymore because the cookie part is to hard. When you bit into it it always smashes the ice cream.

I personally prefer a more equal portion of ice cream to the outer cookie.
I never really cared for really thick ice cream inside tiny little cookie or chocolate coatings.

I have seen these in my area and always wanted to try them. I guess this video is my cue. Thank you guys for the review! Btw, have you tried the new Nick's ice cream sandwiches? They have two versions now. They are incredibly amazing in my opinion. :)
We don't get Nick's in our area at all, unfortunately. We reviewed Nick's because they mailed them to us free and they are delicious. I wish we had them here!

I will have to keep an eye out for this brand. Have you ever seen Thelma's ice cream sandwiches Tami? I haven't been brave enough to try them as they been expensive everywhere I have seen them.
They are not sold anywhere in our area, but I will keep an eye out :)

Thanks for biting into it to see how much it squishes out. That kinda annoys me when it does,especially when you're eating an ice cream sandwich on the go and it's warm out. Gets messy. But if they are tasty, who cares! Lol.

I must be the only one in America who doesn't like anything made by Tillamook. I'm so disappointed bc I really wanted to love them. I can't stand any of their bagged cheese. It doesn't melt, and the texture feels fake. I recently bought the strawberry ice cream sandwiches bc they were buy one get one free at Publix so I bought the strawberry ones and the salted caramel ones. I ABSOLUTELY HATED THE STRAWBERRY ONES. It was way too sweet for my tastes. I felt my blood sugar skyrocket, and I got really dizzy and sick to my stomach after eating just a small bite of the strawberry ice cream sandwich. Now I'm stuck with an entire box of salted caramel and the other box of the strawberry ones.
If your blood sugar spiked from one of these I wonder if you could be diabetic. I'm sorry that happened. I'm sure it was scary. That didn't happen to us.
