I don’t know if the writers read comments like your’s, but I’ve learned so much about property, inheritance, divorce laws etc. from these. Thank you for posting a correction.
One word in Japanese covers alimony, compensation and damages. basically all payments reading to termination of a marriage or engagement contract or a relationship were there are mutual assets.
Inherited property is not considered marital property and would not be subject to split in the divorce, so the $20,000 ring from the aunt could not be considered Harry's split of marital property. Taking the real ring would just be considered grand theft so charges would be filed against Harry. Sadly for Natalie by law she would most likely be the one paying alimony to her unemployed ex husband to keep him in a life he became accustomed with her permission. If they haven't been married very long then the alimony he would be entitled to would most likely be quite small though.
Do they buy "Rooms" or whole condos overseas. Hard to follow. Also, they call alimony something different overseas I guess. The Lover doesn't pay that. They need to get the American lingo n terms straight b4 telling these stories.
@@julieletford5695 Only six US states have Alienation of Affection laws on the books and it can be extremely hard to win the cases due to the high standard of proof required. There are still fifteen US states that have adultery has a punishable criminal offense, it is a misdemeanor crime and successful prosecutions of it are pretty rare as well.
Renting a room in a high rise condo? Where is this a thing? One rents a condominium (which is like a large apartment) in a high rise which is comprised of multiple condominiums. Or one can buy one. If you buy, there are all sorts of maintenance fees that are monthly. And you have neighbors above and below and usually also on the same floor.
This is from Japan most probably (love hotel, I actually saw a documentary about them because I randomly absorb information) so I'm not sure how it got translated
A fishing boat? It's been a minute since i watched the 2 channels, but hearing about the boat brought either gossip city or monirobo to mind. Just can't remember which one had debtors, etc working on the boats.
This is what I don't get why would you steal your friend's husband and you're supposed to be friends that's off limits but she stole them and she see what she got she married him and he's broke you thought you were smart but see what happened to you now you got no money nowhere to live you did all this cuz he was jealous of your friend you thought she had a good husband he turned out to be a terrible one
The people who tend to do this are small, petty, jealous, envious, idiots with their heads up their bums. Traci even said she was mainly friends with the op to look good by comparison. With that sort of dynamic Traci would do anything to keep her pethic sense of superiority. And she bound to fail cause she doesn't think things through or bother to fact check. Much how that one time lotto ticket buyer acts like they already won Traci already think she won the game and ready to brag about it.

I love stories where the “friend” steals a prince 👑, and ends up with a frog 🐸. Ribbit!!
😂😂😂
Especially after she went on and on about love... Only to kick him in ball after finding out he's peniless 😂
😅😅😅😅😅😅indeedy!!!!!!
Heads up for Traci:
If he’ll cheat *_with_* you, he’ll cheat *_on_* you.
Cheaters cheat. It’s what they do.
Traci, not Terri
@@jamiethal1319Thx. Fixed it.
Said "ew" out loud at "tasting your husband Larry"
Natalie is straight up Savage and Petty best revenge ever it's epic 😂😂😅😅

Nicely summed up😊
If Tracy needs more she can borrow a thesaurus. 🤣
OMG. The "friend" doesn't pay alimony, she pays COMPENSATION.

@@susanhansen1290 Neat. Thx for posting; I love learning new things 🥰
Smart move. More stories need the OP storing expensive jewelry & wearing copies. 👍
Every time Traci says "what" , take a drink. You'll experience binge drinking.
Inheritance is NOT part of the division of assets!
You're parents house no longer exists. You, your, you're. sigh.

I love this story!!
When they say “room”, are they talking about an “apartment”?
If Traci married a poor unemployed man (who is the ex of an ex friend) how is that Natalie's problem?
Ugh I threw up in my mouth when she talked about tasting him!

Coproliite ( fossilized dung) and lead glass.

I thought condo's had more than one room
Some can have just a bedroom.
@@AC-ni4gt impossible. Need at least 4 rooms. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room.
A condo is just a overpriced apartment

Can't the wife sue the lover using the Alienation of Affection law?

Typo: "longo" should be lingo.
Don't want to sound salty, but TH-cam isn't just American, even the English speaking channels.
The term in japanese includes what we call alimony, compensation and any damages or penalties involved in ending a legal or emotional relationshi.
WHY DO THEY CALL CONDOS/APARTMENTS ROOMS?
Renting a room in a high rise condo? Where is this a thing?
One rents a condominium (which is like a large apartment) in a high rise which is comprised of multiple condominiums.
Or one can buy one. If you buy, there are all sorts of maintenance fees that are monthly. And you have neighbors above and below and usually also on the same floor.
These stories use room and apartment and sometimes house interchangeaby.
I've rented several condos.

Could do without the annoying background noise

I don't get how they always disappear at the end.
Or they end up in horrible apartments, living with bugs, gross. It confuses me.
Ironically, there is a country music singer named Tracy Lawrence, this one happens to be a man.
Sweetie she had the money not Harry. Looks like he's not the wealthy man you were bragging about stealing but are right about her happiness. Haha
so Harry decided his wife's heirloom ring would be his in property division and his wife's apartment
That noise in the background is annoying.
There are some people that fit my hashtag I came up with. It is #EntitledFool
