Thought building regs prohibited neighbours looking into your property. Obviously not by that new build across the road. Lovely little property though.
We certainly think it's a nice house, perfect for those who don't need massive gardens and want nearby amenities. Regulations are set at various different levels by different authorities, but as long as it complies with maximum number of floors (2) and is far enough away from the boundary of the plot (not sure of the exact requirement for this), it meets building regulations.
@@CloverEstatesES It will certainly suit someone who wants little or no maintenance. And its a perfect retirement property for that. I just want a ferrari of a house and land but sadly only have fiat money.

Southern California and our area have very similar climates and sometimes even styles of houses. The only big difference is the price!
