Generally speaking since we're primarily an area where British people reside rather than buy holiday homes and now that we're a few years post-Brexit, we've not really had any vendors selling as a result of the change in rules. Most people sell for the normal reasons: downsizing, upgrading, changing areas, health, private issues etc.

It's a complete renovation project, but once it's finished you could have quite the enormous and rather spectacular property!

Unfortunately, grass doesn't grow in the desert and bars on windows are very commonplace in Spain. Different styles and customs in different places!
