i dont know whats more impressive, how good the cover is, or how close follin got it to sounding like a real guitar. Id love to hear a newer version of this with better audio quality
definetelly one of the best SNES Soundtracks. Funny story: I read that the guys who wrote the soundtrack got inspired by Genesis (among other things) and today I listen to genesis because their music reminds me of Plok :D
How do you take something so incredible and make it even better!?! Impossible to pick my favorite part because it's such a journey but 0:57 just lifts me up!
Wow, was für ein schönes cover von einem fantastischen SNES spiel, wirklich gut gemacht. Die Töne auch sehr gut getroffen, es klingt wie das original, nur schöner :-)
Tim Follin's Plok Beach is certainly a piece full of prog rock and pop rock influences. Do you know what else needs this tune? *STEVE HACKETT* Now we talk PROG power
Plok is an awesome platforming Game with its realy different style, story and gameplay as well as awesome Soundtrack. And you do it also awesome, this would be the Sound that should be on a Plok sequel or a HD Remastered :) hope both will come anyday in my live :D and then with your Covers as Soundtrack, i would love it 😍
Absolutely fantastic!. This is my top favorite OST ever, and you did an excellent job here. Have you ever tried playing the "Akrillic" theme from this game? That would be awesome... thanks for this bro
Arranged it on the fly, didn´t wrote anything down. But as for the Solo it´s basically Em Pentatonic on the high frets (bend up 1 whole note on 22nd fret, high E-String). I probably do an instructional Video on this piece in the future :-)
This may be funny but i thought you were playing inside a space station in the thumbnail and sometime in the video, may be the filter or all the wires and monitor, I'm dumb
Seeing this makes me really want to see a band cover the whole soundtrack
Oh my god the drums would be ungodly difficult. So many conflicting melodies.
the bass also wouldnt be easy, especially in this crazy tempo@@cactusmanofdestiny3708

Follin Fans Rise up! Nice choice picking the Beach Theme!
This soundtrack is just unreasonably good, and with guitar on gets almost allan holdsworth vibes

@@malte1984 Genesis? Listen to Flea pit, first thought i had as a kid almost 30yrs ago that this was clearly inspired by Pink floyd.

I've been on the video game music cover biz since 07. This has to be one of the most impressive version of any VGM track I have *ever* heard. 10/10
Thanks, i appreciate it :-)

That 0:50 mark made me react the same way I did when hearing the original song for the first time

Its the best song on the game too. Bad ass
Fuck yeah! This is amazing!
Damn ... The POWER !!!

Wow man das is ja mega. Mich haben diese dudeligen Tracks von Plok irgendwie manchmal an Jethro Tull erinnert.
wundert mich das die linke hand nicht abgebrochen ist unterwegs so wie die aussah. übel. aber gut gespielt

XD XD I LOVE THE VIDEO XD
Shit this is clean
Awesome guitar cover!!! Maybe some arcades revenge next :)
did you tune it differently? I always tune EADGBE and when I play the solo at the end I play it a few frets further down.
No, i tune in EADGBE also here. The Solo at the End utilizes the high E on the 24th Fret on the E-String.
Kick ass. \m/ >:-[] \m/
