BUTTERSCOTCH TRIFLE WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients for Butterscotch Sauce :
Brown sugar 2 ounce
Tetra pack cream ½ packet
Butter 2 ounce
Corn syrup 1 tbsp
Vanilla few drops
Butterscotch essence few drops
Ingredients for 1st layer :
Roughly chopped butter cookies as required
Ingredients for 2nd layer :
Mixed fruit cocktail as required
Ingredients for 3rd layer :
Butterscotch sauce as required
Strawberry puree as required
Ingredients 4th layer :
Basic custard as required
Butterscotch sauce as required
Ingredients for 5th layer :
Mixed fruit cocktail as required
Jelly cubes as required
Butterscotch sauce as required
Ingredients for the 6th layer :
Leftover custard as required
Butterscotch sauce as required
Jelly cubes as required
METHOD :
Spread a layer of broken cookies in the base of a trifle bowl, then spread a layer of mixed fruit cocktail, drizzle butterscotch sauce and strawberry puree, beat together prepared custard and butterscotch sauce, pour over the fruit layer, then layer of strawberry puree and some more fruit cocktail, then butterscotch sauce, lastly pour over remaining custard, drizzle butterscotch sauce, decorate with jelly and fresh cream.
GOLA KABAB SIZZLER WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients for Kabab :
Beef mince with some fat 500 gm
Salt 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Papaya paste 1 tsp
Green chilies ground 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
Roasted coriander 1 tsp
Allspice powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Bread slices 2
Brown onion ground ½ cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Coal to smoke
Ingredients for Sauce :
Clarified butter 3 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
Cream 1 cup
Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Milk ¼ cup
Salt & pepper to taste
To Assemble Sizzler :
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Onion sliced and stir-fried 1
Capsicum sliced and stir-fried 1
Green chilies 2 whole fried
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
METHOD :
Put all the ingredients for kebab in a bowl and chopper well, mix well, shape into gola kebab and shallow fry, give dum of coal.
METHOD FOR SAUCE :
Heat ghee, fry garlic, add cream, cream cheese, green chilies and seasonings, add milk, keep aside. Stir fry vegetables in the same pan in which we fried kebabs. Heat a sizzler plate, arrange kababs on it, pour sauce over it, add fried vegetables and cheese on top, garnish with ginger julienne and coriander, and serve with nan.
