Here 'Death Anniversary' doesn't represent the meaning of ଶ୍ରାଦ୍ଧ, but the verb 'Observe ' has been used here in collocation with 'Death Anniversary' to mean ଶ୍ରାଦ୍ଧ କରିବା
If you mean it to pay homage to the ancestors with rites and rituals, it's good. But, the verb ' Observe ' as used here includes all these mentioned above.
