Here 'Death Anniversary' doesn't represent the meaning of ଶ୍ରାଦ୍ଧ, but the verb 'Observe ' has been used here in collocation with 'Death Anniversary' to mean ଶ୍ରାଦ୍ଧ କରିବା If you mean it to pay homage to the ancestors with rites and rituals, it's good. But, the verb ' Observe ' as used here includes all these mentioned above. If you think something else, do just drop the lines, and I will be glad.

Don't talk non-sense! You cannot translate literally the usage of one language to another. There is no short-cut. You have to learn the English usage, the idioms, phrases, etc first. It will take you at least 5 years. You have to read a lot, listen to radio, watch their channels etc.
