Recently, the Bihar Assembly has passed a bill to increase the current limit of reservation for SC, ST, EBC and OBC in the state to 65 percent. If 10 percent quota reserved for EWS is included in this, the reservation limit will become 75 percent. In the world of astronomy, recently the joint venture between NASA and the German Aerospace Center leading to the discovery of atomic oxygen in Venus's atmosphere is a significant milestone in space exploration and our understanding of other planets. The use of infrared telescopes to detect atomic oxygen in a specific layer of Venus's atmosphere adds crucial data to our knowledge of the planet's composition and environmental conditions.
In other section we will discuss the problem of stubble is also seen increasing. Actually the issue of stubble burning is not new. Voice has been raised against this problem till the Supreme Court. Amidst all this, the demand has increased in the Punjab province for a machine which provides the facility of ex-site stubble management. Along with that we will talk about the 'Global Landscape of Climate Finance' report which has been released by CPI i.e. 'Climate Policy Initiative'. According to the report, climate finance flows have doubled compared to previous years.
