- La discada esta compuesta de diferentes carnes ,carne de cerdo, de res, tocino ,chorizo o longaniza, salchicha y vegetales como la cebolla chiles morrones es muy rendidora espero se animen a hacerla
INGREDIENTES:
1 KILO 300 DE CARNE ADOBADA DE CERDO
1 KILO 300 GR DE CARNE DE RES PICADA
900 GR DE SALCHICHA
450 GR DE TOCINO
900 GR DE CHORISO O LONGANIZA DE PUERCO
2 CHILE MORRONES ROJOS
2 CHILES MORRONES VERDES
2 CEBOLLAS
