I get more nervous when I have a hand than compared to when I'm bluffing because when I'm bluffing I have to pretend like I'm not nervous lol thats the problem with live tells, often times they mean the opposite and you trap yourself

I’ve noticed that sometimes my hands shake a bit while I’m dragging a big pot that went to showdown (it doesn’t matter if it’s cash or tournament). I’ve seen this happen to others, and even yourself on the vlog. This live read usually holds true to most people (nuts or very strong hand) which brings me to my point. I think that sometimes we look for any type of movement or timing tell to give us an excuse for what we want to do, and most of the time it’s calling. If you knew you were significantly behind in this hand, you may have used the heavy breathing and twitchy movements as a sign of strength to reinforce your decision at that particular moment. There’s a few live reads that hold true 99% of the time with recs. All we have to do is trust them and follow through. Keep up the excellent content brother. We all love it!
