Guided Meditation: Relaxing Back Into Presence
Dharma Talk: Fear of Aging: Finding Freedom in This Impermanent World, Part 2
While it’s natural to have fears of what’s ahead, when we learn to face the inevitability of change and loss without resistance, we discover true peace and freedom in the midst. In a very direct way, our awareness of impermanence awakens unconditional loving. These two talks explore the ways we habitually deny or resist reality, and the three interrelated pathways-refuge in the present moment, love and awareness-that liberate us.

Tara: I loved your talks on aging. They really pulled me out of a very dark place. Please write a book or do a program on conscious aging. There is a real need for such a program and you really understand the needs of older people and the process and fears of aging.
Thank you so much for your amazing programs.
Your talks change me. These latest are diving so deep. I feel you are taking us with you on life’s spiritual journeys. I am forever grateful. I am 67 years old.
well put
Thank you so much Tara for these beautiful meetings. ❤️
OH, Tara I am 79 and have been in a second wave of Kundalini for the last 13 months. It has come to this. My fear of aging...my feelings of being separate....the fear of changing and losing abilities...the fear of being abandoned...I so appreciate your teachings ....this morning I asked my Guides what should I listen to. So I listened to both segments of Fear of Aging. I realize that I am afraid of failing....that I won't learn to sit in my fear until I arrive at the luminous space described. That fear of failing is life long...it comes from my early childhood...There must be something wrong with. me. Your talks give me hope in my ability to transform this fear and doubt into the love I want to be. Namaste'
