Using scrap to make pans is a serious health risk. You have no way of knowing what heavy metal contaminants came in with the scrap.

The process of making this is very shocking, but we have aluminum discs here, which can be directly made into aluminum pots.
Pay em enough so they can afford proper work boots and hire someone to keep the floors clean. NM the face protection... sigh
