What a great review, superb energy! I'm also mixed on it's looks and values seem to reflect that! It looks close to the Sanction 2 car but with a massive roof chop! The model used for the review seems especially clumsy with it's large wheel gaps. Not one of CMCs finest I'm afraid to say!
One of those that cars that just got me giggling... it's supposed to be FUN... and, it is, my brother, it is. With all the crazy crap going on in the world, it's always cool to come home to something like this to take my mind off things.

you're welcome. i agree not every one can be happy so if you don't like it move along. also an issue with the real cars is getting source photos cause if they are worth a lot of money they are not going to want some photographer poking around and risk messing something up on a one off car.

Thank you for the information, that this is not a car from a special chassis. I find it irritating, that CMC was going this way. A fantasy car with little details like sidelights and hoodpins? I don´t understand the idea. Maybe if the designer of the car, Ercole Spada make an announcment, that he wants to put all of his best from the 19 cars in one. But i didn´t heard something like that. Sorry, too much money for such less purity!
Best of all 19 cars? No! Then ,why these three ridiciulous bubbles. Why not the beautiful open hood such as on one of the 4 Sanction 1 cars?. So sad :-(((
So sad, the CMC designers messed the whole model car up, the proportions of the CMC model seem so ridiculous, clumsy, even fat compared to the real DB4 Zagato model. And I am not even talking about small details!!!
Hi, David - i can see what you mean... and it depends on the camera angle - sometimes, the greenhouse looks too squat; that's aggravated by the high ride height of the front wheel (which I did see on one car - Google the DB4 GT Zagato and see which images come up). Hopefully you can get the chance to see one in real time, so you can make up your mind. No matter how we try, the camera will distort some images, especially smaller objects. Thanks for watching!
