Girl your absolutely right, its like every mascara they see then buy like it didnt do anything... Well your not putting enough on. I always curl my lashes, then put a coat, then curl it again, then second coat then curl again and just keep going like this five times atleast...
I’m my opinion the formula looks to clumpy for my taste or she could just have a lot of lashes on her lash line that made them more clumpy as a cosmetologist volume mascara is for the girls who have more length than volume and needs more volume in their lashes similar to the girls who have a lot of lashes on their lash line but want more length needs lengthening mascara hope this helps and hope she comes out with a lengthening mascara as well

Don’t pump. That causes air to get into the tube which dries out your mascara. Twirl the wand inside of the tube. This is one of my favorite mascaras.
