  • In this session I'm sharing some beautiful techniques aiming to reduce anxiety. I know we're prone to experience a lot of stress and anxiety these day, but there are ways to manage it, and the breath is one of our greatest allies. By connecting with your own body and breath you can gain a sense of peace and calm.
    This session is filmed in one of my favourite places in Bucharest, in a beautiful woods.
