I’m in a hybrid role that I just started very recently in management consulting. I’m going to give it 6 months at the very least. I truly wanted a role that’s 100% remote, so I can maximize time at home, so although I just started a new role, I’m still going to keep an eye out for opportunities that are 100% remote in my field. If I end up actually really liking my current opportunity (it’s still very new), I may stay for at least a year and then go from there but the ultimate action that I will be taking throughout is building up my business massively as aggressively as I can while I’m employed so that in about 3 to 5 years I’m 🗣️ completely done with corporate roles. Beyond the 3 to 5 yrs, I don’t even mind doing short term projects as a consultant with companies, but as far as being a full-time corporate employee, it’s time to cap that at 5 years max.
