Under review is a good sign for the next stage. That means , they are evaluating your details / qualifications you have given etc . So keep your fingers crossed. I’m really not sure when they would hire from Sri Lanka again . There’s a number of nationalities they need so let’s see :)

Hi Akki your videos are really meaningful and ,I got a mail to come for the interview ,I was really happy but bit frustrated about my look and photos they have asked to bring because photos' cant be photoshopped or alter. Anyway at the end of first day the recruiter said your photos' are fine and she sent form link to fill. After that she sent another link of digital assessment .I thought its just only video questions and only prepare for that but inside of that there's MCQ English test too .I was surprised to see that because I'm not prepare for the English test. The vocabulary are very similar while doing the test also I felt I will not select for the next round but I had a little hope that they will select me. I don't know which part I did the mess, but I was waiting for the mail, but that mail said I'm not make it successfully and I'm sad, Anyway ,I will apply again after 06 months after being prepared well .Thank you for motivate us to become one of you.
Oh this is sad . You made it that far . I have mentioned in my videos many times , there’s gonna be an English Test - at one point during the whole selection process . It’s ok. You can apply next time. Never doubt about yourself !

Application received is the usual update or the status . If you get the update “ application under review “ means it’s going forward and the HR is evaluating your details , at this stage if you get shortlisted ( application under review stage ) you will get the invitation or , either that or , if it’s get rejected they will inform you as well. Then I re-applied for the same last week and a message came informing that I have already applied for the post. however when I log into my portal and the status appeared as "Candidate Withdrawn External & Internal " . What does this mean? Pls explain
Your data is already in their system so once you withdraw, you can’t re apply . If you had noticed any shortfalls in your application, better ‘ edit ‘ next time rather withdrawing . I think you can apply after 06 months or try applying with another email user credentials.

If you say it’s obviously visible wish in short sleeve, then yeah ! Coz it’s hard to cover by concealers specially around the arms, limbs areas . I don’t know where exactly you have the scar . For guys , they wear long sleeves. But for girls , we wear short sleeve shirt 👕. If it’s not that visible, don’t worry
