Well, to gain customer care experiences , you have to work in such fields right - hotel field , front offices , hospitality fields .. etc . Yes , you can do HR courses too.

Hey love, just a question. I've heard from a couple of videos that even in the bus to HQ or the airport or to the hotel and onboard, you cannot read or listen to music. Is it true or false?
What ? Who said so ?? We actually can read And we can listen to music . But NOT ON BOARD . Only , during the bus ride to HQ , bus ride from HQ to the airport, Bus ride from destination airport to the hotel . We can !!! Sometimes we do have outstation briefing done during the bus ride to the airport, that time we have to pay attention while the briefing is conducted, we have to jot down any special notes, special instructions given by the captain/FO, etc etc . After that , we are free to read , listen to music ( as long as it doesn’t disturb the person next to you ) . Again, I’m highlighting you, READING BOOKS AND LISTENING TO MUSIC NOT ALLOWED DURING THE FLIGHT .
Ehema ekak naa nangi . O/Ls results airlines walin illanne naha. But Sri lankan airlines illanawada kiyala man danne naha. Emirates eke nan wenama English test ekak thiyenawa . Ithin, passe English hadagena apply karanna puluwan . 🤗

Yes darling ! For Emirates- that’s one of the requirement [ 1 & 1/2 years experience in customer care ] . But for other airlines , it doesn’t matter at all. It will be an added advantage!

Mmm, I hardly do Colombo flights nangi because even if I come , I can not go home during the layover ( I’m from Kandy ) so therefore I don’t do much Colombo flights. Instead , if I get 3-4 days off , I come home often . If I count , I come home once a month or two .
