"Undying" is something that needs tooltip clarification. Technically speaking its saying you will lose about 60 base damage at max level per 100 HP. It's mathematically something that will get you down to base damage 0. Since that is highly unlikely, I do think that its a flat 60 base dmg drop.
Why are there a zillion examples of sns /gs and other dps classes why can’t I find anyone with some good sns/ wand build that actually have good tankyness and lands some good hits with wand str/perception is a difficult combo it seems ??
@Invulnerable-twitch tested on builder melee evasion build, and going over 2,5k is hard if you want a to be competitive in other aspects. I would risk going with 2,1k hit in T2

It's not PER, its fixed 60 base damage...
Yeah you would be doing negative damage if it worked like the tooltip said hahaha

Stats are not correct cause you included old and new mastery system on builds

I unfortunately dont have much information if that weapon is that great. It does have very nice base damage and stats on it though.
You mention 2k hit chance is not enough for T2?
Its doable.. unfortunately hit is very hard to build on certain builds like this

SNS Bella and Tevent GS are both specifically largescale weapons. Id say go for bella since it helps your army more.
