Nothing more rewarding then hard work , imagine spending your first camping trip in something that was once reaady for the scrap yard , im exited i just got a destroyed 72 glendale , long road ahead of me but its going to be sooo worth it , thanks for the inspiration 👍👍..
Peggys camper is so cute good job restoring her man I wish I could’ve ran into a deal like that it’s beautiful 6:31 love that 10:30 she was broken and has new life !
Doreen, I apologize for my late comment, but I worked this morning already... anyway, beautiful trailer and story! Thank you Peggy and her husband and thank you, Doreen for another beautiful video!
She is So adorable. Love the colors. I am Angie from eastern North Carolina but live in Colorado now. I am enjoying your channel so far. I am thinking about getting a small camper , just be a while before I get one. Thisbone is just adorable. Amazing job there 💯❤️🙏🤗🩵🤗🙏❤️💯
Be sure to inspect it carefully, and don't pay any money until it's in front of you. There are a lot of scammers asking for deposits, when there's not even a camper.
@CampingTherapy Thank you, and yes I will. Been looking for a long time, and I am very picky in what I want and am looking for. This is why I am subscribed to a few good RV channels. Love your videos you have posted so far. Hope you have a Wonderful evening.
@@CampingTherapyI just looked at one this morning. She needs a little tlc but nothing near to what this one needed. I will have to pressure wash, sand and repaint. Clean it up and repaint inside. Add a toilet and remove a countertop to be able to use the original counter. Maybe a sink, and new tires. I’m looking at $2600 for a 1968 Scotty Gaucho. Is that too much? She won’t go any lower.
@@CampingTherapy You're welcome i've been overseas For the past couple of months But I just got back to the states. So I'm trying to play ketchup on my TH-cam videos, LOL.
I paid 400 for a busted up 72 glendale 17 foot , it took for ever just to fing one cheep , i wish someone forced me to take a scotty for 300 wow , even if i couldn't do the woork id grab it and find someone who will , i wouldn't let it go to a scrap yard ....
ms.Peggy n mr. Tom have done great rebuilding these campers, and are two of the best folks you'll ever meet... great video...
Thanks!
Thanks, Ken!!!
they did a great job restoring this camper
I agree. They have multiple vintage campers, and they're all well done. My favorite is their Airstream Bambi.
Thank you SO much!
It is amazing the work people are willing to do for these old campers . They are truly labors of love 💝
Thank you for watching. Yes, it's a lot of hard wodk but very rewarding to rescue and restore.
For many, yes they are.

@@4486xxdawson You are welcome , thank you 😊
What a nice story of restoration. Very cute,
Thanks Dee. It's sad what people pay for trailers, when they don't know any better.
Thank you!

Are you binge watching? :) Peggy does a great job with her campers!
Another adorable little camper.
Thanks Winter. You should see their little vintage Airstream Bambi! It's cozy like grandma's house.
@@CampingTherapy Did you do a video on it?
@@TheHapiCamper I don't think I did. I wasn't doing TH-cam when I last saw it. It was probably in 2017.
I love your camping pajama picture!!!
Thanks. That was a spur of the moment thing, so not everyone had theirs with them.

You are so welcome!
I thank you for watching!
I can’t believe the before and after photo’s. Lots of love there♥️
For sure!
Thank you! Yes we love her and enjoy taking her camping.
Cute trailer. I love the story. It makes me so mad how people take advantage of others! Glad the trailer found a good home. Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely! There is no way that camper was worth even close to $3,000.
Thank you so much. Yes, she found a good home and we enjoy taking her camping

So cute! Still hoping to do our little Scotty. Just too many projects! lol!
One day you'll get to it.
Thank you very much!
That was quite a story about how the Scotty came to them. Quite a difference from before and after. That tea towel really is perfect for you, Doreen.
I know, I need one! Haven't found it yet.
Thank you for watching!

@@Taking_Back_Thyme it's really hard to say, without seeing it in person. You should have someone knowledgeable inspect it for you.
Wow, she did a lot of work. I couldn't believe the before pics. It looks great now! What a story on how she got it. 😊😊
Yes it was! The original lady got ripped off for sure! :(
Thank you! My husband did most of the hard work and I got to do the fun stuff like making curtains and decorating.
Thanks for watching! ~Doreen
