    Hello. I hope you could assist us. We have several cameras installed in and outside of house. For privacy issues, can we turn off cameras independently without having them all turned off?

    Hi - I am using V380Pro camera. Can I see the same camera on mobile phone and laptop simultaneously ? An tried to see on laptop, but not working on laptop. Please advise. Thanks.

    my Camera is detected in my Personal computer, but why cant i see in livestream, everytime i click play, why it says connect failed?

    Hi! Thank you for your video. I'm a complete noob, and I 'm not sure if you have this question of mine in another video, but how do I connect my V380 to the internet? Because whenever I use the V380 on my laptop, I have to disconnect from the internet and connect my Laptop's wifi to the V380, hence losing internet connection. But it seems I can still be connected to my internet while connecting to the V380, how do I do that sir? Thank you kindly.

      The network connection is lost because you are using AP mode, just connect the camera to your home WiFi network in the App. For details, you can see the V380 video list on my channel.

    Does it still recording even when there is no wifi or even though it is not connected to my phone?

      Even without internet, the camera records continuously once set up via phone.

    1. I've tried several times but couldn't connect to the internet but can only connect to the hotspot and when I tried to view more than one camera it was not possible.
    2. I tried to connect on my laptop computer with PC software I downloaded, but it always tells me the connection failed.

      First, connect the camera using hotspot mode, then switch to Wi-Fi mode. The wifi name and password avoid special characters. After linking it to your phone and internet, log in on the PC software. The camera will be auto-added, no need for a separate PC setup.

    Why is v380 pro asking for my consent to use my personal data? And it is not a request because I can’t proceed without consenting.

    Hi, I have 2 phones; let's name them phone A and phone B. I set up a camera using v380 pro app on phone A and shared the camera to phone B. Now both phones can access the camera remotely from anywhere. Now, if I delete the camera from phone A, will phone B be still be able to access the camera?...       as long as the camera is online and connected to the internet, you can remotely view it, even far away from the camera.

    I can't login or register to the app. It always says "pls check network and try again". My wifi network works fine with 300MBS speed. Is the app not working in some countries?

      Have you disabled the app’s permission to use the Internet?
